Holidays in The Gambia are very competitively priced compared to other destinations. Especially good value are the Luxury Collection properties, for example 7 nights in the Coconut Residence is available from only £910 in November 2007 which includes daily champagne breakfasts and à la carte dinners.

We are also very competitively priced compared to other operators, although this may not seem the case at first glance. Unlike other tour operators to The Gambia, the prices we show include taxes, transfers and meals on outbound and inbound flights. There are also some hotels where we price on a higher standard of rooms as we feel these rooms are more in keeping with our customers' requirements.

Many tour operators charge customers a fuel surcharge, some at over £50 per person. At The Gambia Experience we have not done this; for Winter 2007/08, we have taken into account the price of fuel as it stands, so the price of the holiday you see is the price you pay. If the price of fuel does continue to rise, then, unfortunately, we may be forced to introduce a fuel surcharge to cover the increased costs to us. If this happens, it would not affect customers who have already booked their holidays.
