Semi-flexible and Flexible Tickets are available with durations from one way up to a six month return.
Ticket Types Available
Semi-Flexible
This ticket is available for durations of up to 3 months and while the outbound and inbound dates are confirmed on purchase of the ticket we offer the facility to amend a travel date for an amendment fee, subject to availability.
Any flight changes on bookings originating from the UK outside of 8 days of travel will incur a £75pp admin fee plus any difference in costs. Changes to flights originating from the UK within 7 days of travel will be £195pp, plus any difference in costs.
Flexible Ticket
This ticket is available for durations of up to 6 months and enables customers to change travel dates at no extra charge if we are advised by 11am the day before the flight. The flexible ticket option also entitles the customer to 30kg of luggage allowance compared to the usual 20kg (or 25kg on certain flights).
Flights are subject to availability. All travel must be completed within 6 months of the original departure date. Cancellation charges apply as per our conditions. Flexible tickets are not possible on flights from/to Birmingham.
What's Included?
Unlike some other tour operators to The Gambia, our prices include taxes and meals on each flight booked. Below you will find a list of what the basic flight price includes.
The Basic Flight Price Includes...
- In-flight catering of a hot meal on both outbound and inbound flights
- An exclusive luggage allowance of 25kgs from Gatwick (20kgs in summer / Premium & Flexible ticket 30kgs), 20kg from regional airports
- The services of our local office staff
- Airport departure taxes from both the UK and The Gambia (if travelling on a return ticket)
- UK Air Passenger Duty
- £5 Gambian Government tourism tax
At certain times a fuel surcharge may be added to your flight price, and as of November 2010, an Airport Development Fee of 20 euros is payable directly to the airport authorities on departure from Banjul. Flight prices from 01 November 2011 will included the Airport Development Fee.
