Over the years it has been our privilege to handle the travel requirements of a large number of groups including school and university field trips, sports teams and documentary film crews. As the leading specialist operator to The Gambia we are uniquely placed to assist group and incentive travel before departing and whilst in the country.

We have our own specialist group coordinators who work closely with well-established companies in The Gambia to arrange various elements of your trip including flights, accommodation, transport, conference facilities and excursions to tailor-make your ideal itinerary.

Flight Only

There is a possibility of a group discount on flight only bookings, however, this is not guaranteed and varies depending on the departure date and the number of passengers.

Group Packages

Free places are available for groups booking a package to include flights & accommodation and a personal, competitive quote will be given for the package you are looking for. We can also offer subsidised leader familiarisation trips and group packs containing useful information and tips to further assist with every stage of your trip.

Packages are arranged through The Gambia Experience and as there are a limited number of group seats available, please ensure you book early.
